Will the contractor speak english?

We are all doing our best to learn the language of the land, but its not always that easy. Yes, our contractors speak english. Some of our contractors are even expats just like you!

How do I know my service will be exceptional?

We have been in the Playa Del Carmen area for over 17 years and have an extensive database of proven and trusted contractors. Plus, it is our mission to bring quality and reliable service to the area.

How will my services be quoted and paid for?

Great Question! You will be quoted by the contractor based off of uploaded pictures as well as on site. Based off of the quote and the total amount, paying for material and services will be completed online via AutonomoPDC.

Why doesn't AutonomoPDC recommend home cleaners?

It's not so much the cleaners, in fact, cleaning services mostly do an amazing job! It's perceived expectations and communications between client and cleaners. Most times, the services provided do not meet the clients needs for the price. Therefore, we guarantee results of cleaning services.

What should I do if i'm not satisfied with the service?

At AutonomoPDC we strive to work with the best contractors we can find! Although, mistakes happen; we're all human after all. Please communicate with the contractor and us on how to resolve the issue. Our success IS our reputation; We're here to help.

How can I review the contractor?

We are currently in development of building our standalone app were reviews can be left seamlessly after contract is completed. As for now, we will look to create a system where contractor reviews are available online for all to see
